Most countries in Africa still rely heavily on foreign coaches for national teams to compete at the world stage. This is because coaching has changed and continues to be more innovative. This has been attributed to the continued change in prize money at the top of the sporting hierarchy. Hence the need for a world class program to address this need cannot be over emphasized.
