The first year students of B. Ed (Physicals education and sports option) visited Muscle Health Gym along Mombasa Road as part of their experiential learning tour activity last week 11th November 2021. The students joined the instructors and participants in a two hour session. Two students Magdalene Chao and Hadasha Esther were given an opportunity to instruct clients and fellow students. The two ladies did such a fabulous job that left the clients screaming out for more. For these students these are leadership opportunities and also an inducement to start earning a leaving as early as after their first year first semester thanks to their lecturer Dr. Janet Chumba. Dance is a core unit offered to all first year students undertaking physical education.
